Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Chicago

Senior partner role for an established antitrust and competition team in Chicago, handling both contentious litigation and transactional antitrust work. The role combines high-level litigation matters with counseling on mergers, compliance and transactional risk.

The position requires client-facing leadership, mentoring of junior lawyers and active participation in business development to grow the practice. You will work with cross-practice teams on complex matters for US-based and international clients.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition, including litigation and merger control matters
• Strong track record of client origination and relationship management
• Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to lead deal and litigation teams
