Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Dallas

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead and grow an established antitrust and competition practice in a major Dallas office. The role focuses on high‑stakes merger review, cartel and concerted-conduct matters, and competition-related counseling for domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will join a full-service U.S. firm with broad national capabilities, collaborating with cross-practice teams on regulatory, litigation and transactional matters. This is a practice-building role with significant client-facing and business-development responsibilities.

• Proven partner-level antitrust experience handling merger control, cartel investigations and competition litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and leading teams on complex matters
• Admissions and good standing in relevant U.S. jurisdictions
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
