Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Harrisburg

National law firm seeks a lateral partner to join and grow its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Harrisburg office. The role will focus on counseling corporate clients, handling merger reviews, defending investigations and litigation, and providing competition-related compliance advice.

Ideal candidate will help expand client relationships, lead engagements, and work collaboratively across practices and offices on cross-border and domestic matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in antitrust and competition law, including mergers, investigations, and litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted
