Partner — Antitrust & Competition, Litigation & Corporate (Albany)

Senior partner hire to lead and expand antitrust and competition work from the Albany office, with significant exposure to related litigation and corporate transactional matters. The role suits a lawyer who blends courtroom experience with transactional structuring and regulatory advice.

The successful candidate will join a national practice platform, originate and manage matters, and work closely with cross‑office teams to service regional and national clients. This is a visible role with responsibility for client development and practice growth.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in antitrust/competition matters, including litigation and transactional work
• Strong business development and client management skills
• Admission to the New York bar (or eligibility) and ability to handle matters from the Albany office
