Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Los Angeles

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Los Angeles office to strengthen an established antitrust and competition practice with both litigation and transactional capabilities. The role will combine client-facing counseling on competition issues with significant civil litigation and government investigations work.

The successful candidate will work across corporate and litigation teams, supporting merger review, civil antitrust disputes, cartel and conduct investigations, and transactional antitrust clearance. This is a high-visibility role with opportunity to develop client relationships and grow a regional practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in antitrust and competition, including litigation and transactional matters
• Track record of client development and bringing in matters
• Admitted to practice in California (or able to transfer) with strong courtroom and/or regulatory investigation experience
