Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Virginia Beach

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its Antitrust & Competition capability from the Virginia Beach office. The role combines client-facing counseling, merger-control work and litigation/regulatory matters across state and federal forums.

The partner will work with industry and corporate clients on competition risk, investigations, and transactional clearance, while mentoring and growing a team of lawyers. Significant business-development responsibility and practice leadership expected.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial antitrust & competition experience, including merger review and enforcement matters
• Proven track record of originating client work and developing business
• Experience managing and mentoring senior and junior lawyers
• Active bar admission in Virginia (or ability to obtain) and federal court experience preferred
