Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand its Antitrust & Competition capability from the Virginia Beach office. The role combines client-facing counseling, merger-control work and litigation/regulatory matters across state and federal forums.

The partner will work with industry and corporate clients on competition risk, investigations, and transactional clearance, while mentoring and growing a team of lawyers. Significant business-development responsibility and practice leadership expected.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Substantial antitrust & competition experience, including merger review and enforcement matters
Proven track record of originating client work and developing business
Experience managing and mentoring senior and junior lawyers
Active bar admission in Virginia (or ability to obtain) and federal court experience preferred
