Partner, Antitrust & Competition — Washington, D.C.

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Antitrust & Competition practice in the Washington, D.C. office. The role will focus on counseling clients on competition law issues and leading complex merger reviews, cartel investigations, and civil litigation matters in federal courts and before regulators.

The team advises corporate clients across industries on antitrust risk, compliance programs, and government investigations. The hire will be expected to originate and develop client relationships, supervise associates, and work collaboratively across practice groups and offices.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in antitrust counseling and litigation, including merger review and investigations
• Proven client origination and relationship management skills
