Partner, Banking & Finance — Chicago

Leading finance & banking practice seeks a partner to join its Chicago office. The role offers responsibility for originating and leading commercial lending, syndicated loans and related financing work across a mix of domestic and international clients.

The successful candidate will help grow the practice in the region, take a visible client-facing role and collaborate with deal teams across offices. This is a hands-on leadership position with opportunity to shape business development and team strategy.

• Proven partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions, including commercial lending and syndicated finance
• Strong client origination, relationship management and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work in Chicago
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
