Partner – Banking & Finance, Frankfurt

Established German practice is seeking a partner to lead and grow its banking and finance offering from the Frankfurt office. The role will involve advising banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a range of domestic and cross-border financing matters.

The successful candidate will join a team handling leveraged and investment-grade financings, syndicated lending, asset-based lending and refinancing work, and will have responsibility for business development and client relationship management.

• Proven track record in banking and finance transactions (syndicated lending, acquisition finance, asset-based lending)
• Demonstrable team leadership and origination experience
• Strong client development skills and established relationships with banks or corporate borrowers
• Admission to practice in Germany or equivalent qualification
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
