Partner, Banking & Lending — Kelowna

Senior banking and lending partner role in the Kelowna office of a well‑established Canadian firm. The position will handle local middle‑market credit work while coordinating with a larger regional team for bigger transactions.

We are looking for a partner who can build and lead a commercial banking practice in the region, contribute to client development, and collaborate with colleagues across offices on more complex mandates.

• Significant experience advising banks, lenders and borrowers on commercial lending matters
• Proven client development and relationship management skills suitable for partner level
• Admission to the relevant Canadian bar (British Columbia preferred) and ability to practise in Kelowna
• Comfort working collaboratively with a larger regional team on complex transactions
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
