The role combines bankruptcy/restructuring engagement leadership with cross-border finance and banking work, advising corporate creditors, debtors and lenders on complex restructurings and workout strategies.
The successful candidate will take a leading role on mandates, develop client relationships across Switzerland and internationally, and work with a compact team of specialists. The firm is open to candidates who can drive origination opportunistically and deepen market presence in the region.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Proven track record advising on cross-border restructurings and finance transactions
- Established client relationships in Switzerland and relevant international markets
- Ability to lead and develop a small specialist team
