Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance (New York)

Senior lateral partner role within a nationally-active bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice based in New York. The hire will lead creditor- and lender-side matters, distressed financings and restructurings, and advise on creditors' rights across complex insolvency and workout situations.

The team serves institutional creditors, lenders and other financial stakeholders on domestic insolvency proceedings, out-of-court restructurings and related enforcement actions. This is an opportunity to join a broad transactional and restructuring platform and to expand an existing creditor-focused practice in the New York market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and creditors' rights matters
• Proven track record of originating and leading creditor/lender-side engagements
