Partner — Bankruptcy & Finance, Philadelphia

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a bankruptcy, restructuring and finance practice in the firm's Philadelphia office. The role will combine originating and managing complex restructurings, debtor/creditor matters and finance transactions while building a local team and market presence.

The successful candidate will be expected to drive business development, serve as a client-facing senior lawyer on high-value matters, and collaborate with national colleagues across restructuring and finance practices. This is an opportunity to establish and expand a practice in a recently opened office.

• Portable book of business of $1.5M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring and finance work
• Proven record of originating and managing client engagements and cross-office matters
• Active bar admission in Pennsylvania (or ability to obtain) and strong leadership/mentoring experience
