Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Chicago

An established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its bankruptcy, finance and creditors' rights practice in Chicago. The role will focus on leading creditor-side restructuring and insolvency matters and advising institutional clients on contested and out-of-court restructurings.

The team handles complex bankruptcy and restructuring matters across industries and works closely with finance and workouts teams. The role offers client development, matter leadership and collaboration with cross-office finance specialists.

• Track record of partner-level experience in bankruptcy, restructuring or creditors' rights work
• Proven ability to lead contested insolvency matters and complex creditor-side engagements
• Strong client-development skills and experience mentoring junior lawyers
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
