Partner, Bankruptcy & Restructuring – London

Senior hire to lead and grow a busy bankruptcy and restructuring practice in the London office of a leading US law firm. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and restructuring work, with a mix of contentious and transactional work and a clear growth mandate.

The partner will supervise and develop a team, own client relationships, and work on cross-border matters with colleagues across offices. This is a business-development heavy role suited to an established practitioner looking to expand an existing book while taking a leadership role in the practice.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring, including contested litigation
• Track record of originating and developing client relationships and winning new instructions
• Strong team leadership and ability to work on cross-border matters
• Admission to practise in England & Wales (or equivalent) preferred
