Partner — Bankruptcy & Restructuring, Washington D.C.

National law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its bankruptcy and restructuring practice in the Washington D.C. office. The role focuses on bankruptcy litigation, insolvency matters and restructuring work across commercial and debtor/creditor contexts.

Ideal candidate will join an established team and take a leading role on contested restructurings, creditor representation and related transactional work, while helping expand the practice’s footprint in the U.S. market.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive experience in bankruptcy litigation and commercial restructuring matters
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex insolvency-related engagements
