Partner, Commercial Litigation — Dallas

Senior litigation partner opportunity with a well-established national practice. The role is client-facing and hands-on: you will lead complex commercial disputes, manage case strategy, and drive outcomes in court and through alternative dispute resolution.

The position requires proven business development and team leadership skills; you will grow and mentor a litigation team while developing new client relationships and expanding existing workstreams.

• Portable book of business of $1M+ (USD)
• Established experience leading complex commercial litigation matters and trial experience preferred
• Proven business development record and ability to originate high-value work
• Strong management skills and experience supervising associates and staff
