An established Am Law 50 firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Commercial Litigation practice in Dallas. This is an opportunity to step into a robust litigation platform with a deep bench of trial lawyers and a collaborative culture that supports partner-level business development.

The role involves leading complex commercial disputes, including contract, business tort, and partnership/ shareholder matters, for a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a portable book of business and a demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and mentor junior attorneys.

The firm offers a national litigation footprint and significant resources to support practice growth. This is a partner-track position with competitive compensation and a clear path to leadership within the Dallas office.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Admission to the Texas Bar (or ability to waive in)
Substantial experience in commercial litigation, including trial and arbitration
Strong academic credentials and a proven record of client development
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
