Partner — Commercial & Securities Litigation, Toronto

Senior litigation partner opportunity to join a national disputes group in Toronto with work across securities litigation, white‑collar/regulatory matters, construction disputes and IP litigation. The role suits candidates who can lead complex, high‑value cases and who are comfortable handling regulatory and enforcement work across industries.

Group hires (partner plus associates/support) are encouraged to facilitate integration and immediate capacity. Compensation is committee‑set and may be structured as equity or fixed capital entry, with potential for guarantees or performance‑based progression.

• Portable book of business of CAD $2.5 3.5M
• Proven track record in commercial litigation with significant securities, regulatory or white‑collar experience
• Ability to lead or build a team (associate support and operational integration)
• Bar admission in Ontario (or eligible) and established client relationships
