Partner, Compliance & Environmental (Houston)

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Compliance & Environmental practice from a well-established firm. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, environmental permitting and compliance matters, and managing complex administrative and litigation risks for corporate and public-sector clients.

Ideal candidates will have broad experience advising on environmental regulatory programs, strong client relationships in the region, and the ability to originate and expand engagements. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) experience is desirable.

• Significant partner-level experience in environmental regulatory and compliance matters
• Proven ability to originate and manage client engagements and lead teams
• Experience with environmental permitting, enforcement defense, and administrative proceedings; CEQA experience desired
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s) and strong local client network
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
