Senior partner opportunity to lead and expand a compliance and environmental practice within a busy New York office. The role focuses on regulatory counseling, environmental permitting and land/natural-resources matters, with CEQA experience desired.

You will advise corporate and institutional clients on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and strategic environmental matters, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex matters. The hiring team is seeking a market-facing leader with a track record of originating and managing client relationships.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Established partner track record in environmental and regulatory matters, including permitting and enforcement defense
Experience with CEQA or analogous state environmental review processes preferred
Proven client origination, business development and team leadership skills
Bar admission in New York or ability to qualify promptly
