Partner — Compliance & Finance (Cologne)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory offering focused on financial institutions and banking clients. The role combines high-level regulatory advisory, risk management work and oversight of client matters in the finance sector.

You will take responsibility for client relationship management, business development and practice leadership in Cologne, working with a cross-practice team on regulatory-driven matters. This is a visible, strategic position with scope to shape the team and service offering.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory work and banking/finance matters
• Proven business development track record and ability to lead client relationships
