Partner, Compliance & Government Contracts — Charlotte

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a compliance and government-contracts practice out of the Charlotte office. The role combines client-facing regulatory counselling with significant business-development responsibility across public-sector and regulated-industry clients.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a small team, collaborate with colleagues across U.S. markets, and advise on regulatory, compliance program design, and government-contract matters.

• Established partner-level experience in compliance, regulatory counselling, and government contracts
• Proven track record of originating and growing client relationships and revenue
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
• Experience managing junior lawyers and leading client teams
• Market experience with public-sector and regulated-industry clients, including activity in DC, Texas, and California
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
