Partner, Compliance & Government (Research Triangle Park)

Senior hire to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory and Government & Public practice from the firm's Research Triangle Park office. The role will advise public- and private-sector clients on regulatory, government contracts and compliance matters and will work across cross-functional teams on policy, procurement and enforcement issues.

Seeking a visible partner-level practitioner who can build the practice, mentor junior lawyers and drive business development in the region. The position offers a leadership role on strategic client matters and firm growth initiatives.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with substantial experience in government contracts, regulatory compliance, or government-facing work
• Proven business development track record and ability to originate and expand client relationships
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills; experience supervising associates and managing engagements
