Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to lead matters at the intersection of regulatory, privacy/technology and litigation work. The role combines strategic regulatory counseling with courtroom and enforcement-response experience across federal agencies and privacy regimes.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex regulatory investigations, privacy/data-protection mandates, and contested matters. This is a client-facing, business-development role with opportunities to shape practice strategy and mentor junior lawyers.

  • Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
  • Established partner-level experience in regulatory enforcement, privacy/data protection and related litigation
  • Demonstrated track record of originating and managing client relationships and winning new work
  • Bar admission in Washington, D.C., or ability to transfer; strong writing and courtroom advocacy skills
