Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Boston

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice in the Boston office of a national law firm. The role will focus on regulatory counseling, compliance program design and enforcement defense, with a particular emphasis on the gaming sector.

The successful candidate will advise corporate and institutional clients on regulatory strategy, manage complex matters, mentor junior lawyers, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive regulatory and compliance experience, including significant matters involving gaming regulation
• Established client relationships and a track record of business development
• Bar admission in Massachusetts or ability to qualify; prior law firm leadership/mentoring experience
