Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Muscat

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice in Muscat. The role will take primary responsibility for client relationships across regulatory, compliance and related advisory matters in the Oman market and region.

This is a leadership position intended to provide continuity as existing senior coverage transitions; the successful candidate will be expected to develop new business, mentor junior lawyers and shape the practice's long‑term strategy.

• Established partner with significant experience in regulatory and compliance matters
• Proven track record of originating and leading client engagements and developing teams
• Knowledge of Oman regulatory environment and ability to advise regional clients
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
