Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Paris

Senior hire to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice in Paris, with a focus on regulatory matters for structured finance and related transactions. The role involves advising financial institutions and corporate clients on complex regulatory frameworks and product-structuring issues across French and cross-border matters.

The partner will take responsibility for business development, client relationship management and supervising a small team of lawyers. This is a client-facing leadership role with significant opportunity to shape practice strategy and deliver tailored regulatory solutions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in regulatory work, ideally with structured finance exposure
• Fluent in French and English; strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to originate and manage client relationships and lead a team
