Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Phoenix

Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Phoenix compliance and regulatory practice. The role focuses on cross-border regulatory matters and counseling clients in highly regulated sectors including energy, environmental and healthcare.

The successful candidate will build and lead client relationships, advise on cybersecurity/privacy and international trade issues, and collaborate with specialty teams across the U.S. and internationally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience advising on regulatory, compliance, cybersecurity/privacy and international trade matters
• Proven ability to originate and manage complex matters in energy, environmental or healthcare sectors
• Strong client development and cross‑border collaboration skills
