The role will advise clients on regulatory compliance, data-privacy programs, incident response, and cross-border data transfers across a range of industries.
The team works closely with transactional and regulatory groups on technology-enabled matters and strategic compliance projects. The firm is seeking a market-facing partner who can build client relationships, lead engagements, and mentor junior lawyers.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Established partner-level privacy/data-protection practice and demonstrable client relationships
- Deep knowledge of U.S. and cross-border privacy laws and regulatory enforcement trends
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
