An established international firm is seeking a partner to strengthen its Construction and Real Estate offering in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on leading transactional and infrastructure-related matters across the UAE and the wider region.

The successful candidate will join a team with an active client base and a steady flow of mandates. This is a senior commercial role with responsibility for business development, client relationship management and supervising junior lawyers.

Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
Proven track record in construction and real estate transactions, including infrastructure projects
Experience leading teams and originating business in the UAE/GCC market
Admitted lawyer (or able to obtain local practicing status) with strong regional market contacts

If the fit is not obvious on paper, a conversation is still worth having — the specification tends to follow the practice.
