Partner, Construction & Real Estate Litigation - Laramie

Seeking a partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in Laramie. The role is client-facing and will handle a mix of commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation, and related contested matters across the region.

The successful candidate will manage case strategy from intake through trial and appeals, supervise associates and support staff, and work closely with broader regional teams. Significant business development and client-management responsibilities are expected.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Substantial litigation experience handling construction and real estate disputes, including trial and arbitration exposure
• Proven ability to originate and develop client relationships and lead a practice team
