Senior partner-level role for an experienced construction and real estate litigator based in Washington, D.C. The role focuses on leading complex construction disputes, commercial real estate litigation, and related risk-management matters across public- and private-sector clients.

You will run matters from intake through trial and arbitration, supervise and develop associates, and work closely with practice leadership on strategy and client service. Strong courtroom and arbitration experience is essential.

There is a clear expectation to grow and originate work within the practice and to maintain high standards of client communication and matter management.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
• Proven trial and arbitration experience
• Demonstrable business development and client origination track record
• Ability to supervise teams and mentor junior lawyers
• Admission to the D.C. bar or eligible for admission
