Partner — Contracts & Procurement, Bristol

Senior partner-level role for an experienced commercial contracts and public procurement lawyer to join a well-established UK practice in Bristol. The role focuses on advising public sector clients, charities and private-sector organisations on contracts, procurement and related commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will lead and develop business across government/public sector panels, charity workstreams and commercial litigation matters, contributing to practice growth and a clear pathway to equity. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with responsibility for originating work and mentoring fee-earners.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in public procurement and government contracts work
• Experience advising charities/non-profit organisations and private-sector clients on commercial contracts
• Demonstrable experience of leading teams, winning and managing panel or framework relationships
