Partner, Corporate (Austin)

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a corporate/M&A practice from the Austin office of a major international firm. The role focuses on delivering high‑value transactional and corporate governance advice to a diverse client base across industries.

This is a business‑development and client‑facing leadership role: you will steward existing client relationships, originate new work, and collaborate with deal teams across offices to execute domestic and cross‑border transactions.

• Established partner with a strong track record in M&A and corporate transactional work
• Proven ability to originate and cultivate client relationships; demonstrable business development success
• Experience leading deal teams and managing complex transactions and corporate governance matters
• Bar admission in Texas or ability to obtain admission
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
