Partner, Corporate — Chicago

An established corporate partner role in a major US law firm’s Chicago office. The role will lead complex M&A and transactional matters, manage deal teams and develop client relationships across corporate practice lines.

The practice handles buy- and sell-side transactions, joint ventures and general corporate counseling for sophisticated corporate clients. The partner will have significant client-facing responsibility and play a central role in business development and practice leadership.

• Proven M&A and transactional track record at partner level
• Strong client development skills and existing corporate relationships in the Midwest
