Ideal candidates will have an established practice handling cross-border M&A, complex commercial litigation and sector-focused matters in life sciences, finance, energy or technology. The team prioritizes hiring cohesive groups or laterals who can quickly scale deal and dispute capacity.

• Proven track record as a partner handling both corporate transactions and high-stakes commercial litigation
• Experience advising clients in life sciences, financial services, technology, energy or related regulated industries
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop junior lawyers
