Partner — Corporate & Energy, Austin

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Austin corporate practice with a focus on transactional work across energy and technology sectors. The role combines M&A and corporate transactional matters with project development and commercial work in renewables and traditional energy.

The successful candidate will help grow and lead client relationships, originate new business in the region, and work on cross-office, multidisciplinary transactions including corporate, finance and capital markets matters.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level transactional record in M&A, corporate, or project development work
• Experience advising on renewable energy and oil & gas commercial matters
• Capital markets and technology-related transactional experience preferred
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and able to work from the Austin office
