Partner — Corporate & Energy, Dallas

Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas corporate team, with a strong focus on M&A, transactional work and energy-related matters. The role will service both traditional energy (oil & gas) and renewable project development alongside transactional and capital markets work tied to corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary practice advising corporate and institutional clients on complex transactions and project development. This is an opportunity to build a platform within an established U.S. firm and work on cross‑practice matters across corporate, finance and energy groups.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A, transactional work and energy project development (renewables and/or oil & gas)
• Track record advising on capital markets and corporate transactions
• Strong client origination and relationship management skills
