Partner — Corporate & Energy, Milwaukee

Leading national firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead transactional work across corporate, energy and technology sectors from its Milwaukee office. The role focuses on M&A and corporate transactions, tech-related deals and capital markets matters tied to energy projects.

Ideal candidates will have significant partner-level experience advising on project development and commercial matters in renewables and oil & gas, plus a track record on corporate and capital markets transactions. The role involves originating business, client relationship leadership and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in M&A and corporate/transactional work
• Substantive experience on energy project development and commercial matters (renewables and/or oil & gas)
• Experience on technology-related transactions and capital markets matters preferred
• Proven business development record and leadership/mentoring capability
