Partner — Corporate & Energy Transactions, Austin

Lead partner role in a US-based national law firm, focused on corporate and transactional work across technology, energy and finance sectors. The role emphasizes M&A, capital markets and project-level work in renewables and oil & gas, with significant client relationships and deal leadership.

The successful candidate will build and grow a practice from Austin, working with cross-practice teams on complex transactions, technology-related commercial matters and energy project development. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating work and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Experience advising on technology transactions and capital markets matters
• Demonstrable business development and relationship-management skills
• Bar admission in the relevant state or ability to qualify
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
