Partner — Corporate & Energy Transactions (Chicago)

Senior partner role for an established corporate and energy transactions practice in Chicago. The position will lead complex M&A and transactional matters across technology, capital markets and energy sectors, with particular emphasis on renewables and oil & gas project development and commercial transactions.

The partner will be expected to originate and grow client relationships, provide strategic deal and regulatory advice, and collaborate with cross-practice teams on large, multi-disciplinary matters. This is a client-facing leadership role that combines practice development with hands‑on deal execution.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven track record in M&A and transactional work, including technology transactions and capital markets matters
• Substantial experience in energy sector deals, including renewables and oil & gas project development/commercial work
• Demonstrated client origination, business development, and team leadership capabilities
