Partner — Corporate & Energy Transactions, Houston

Prominent national law firm seeks a lateral partner to bolster its corporate and transactional practice in Houston. The role focuses on M&A, corporate transactions and capital markets work across technology, renewable energy and oil & gas sectors.

The successful candidate will lead client development, manage complex deal execution and mentor junior lawyers. This is a front‑facing role that will work collaboratively with sector teams across the US.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level track record in M&A and corporate transactions, with experience in energy (renewables and/or oil & gas) and technology-related deals
• Experience on capital markets or transactional finance matters preferred
• Proven client development and team leadership skills; admitted to practice in Texas or eligible for admission
