Partner, Corporate & Family - Riyadh

A leading international law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join and grow its Corporate & Family practice in Riyadh. The role will combine high‑level corporate governance work with family office and related advisory matters, acting for regional and international clients on cross‑border matters.

The successful candidate will lead client relationships, develop business in the Saudi market, supervise and mentor local lawyers, and work closely with other international offices on complex, multi‑jurisdictional mandates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established Partner-level experience advising on corporate governance and related family-office matters
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and leading deal teams
• Experience advising on cross-border transactions and familiarity with the Saudi/GCC market
