Partner — Corporate & Finance, Dallas

Senior partner hire to lead and grow a Corporate and Finance practice in the Dallas office. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital-related corporate work, acting as lead counsel on acquisitions, exits, minority investments and financings, and supervising deal teams.

This is a front-line rainmaking role with firmwide support and cross-office resources. The successful candidate will have a track record of originating and closing transactions, developing client relationships, and helping shape practice strategy locally and regionally.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Extensive corporate transactional experience advising private equity and venture-backed clients
• Proven originator with strong client relationships and team leadership experience
• Admission to practice in Texas (or eligibility) and ability to practice in the Dallas market
