Partner — Corporate, Finance & Energy (Dallas)

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a transactional corporate practice in Dallas. The role focuses on M&A and capital markets work across technology, renewable energy and oil & gas sectors, including project development and commercial contracting.

The successful candidate will join a national practice platform, work on cross‑border and domestic transactions, and help develop relationships with strategic and corporate clients in the energy and technology markets.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established M&A, capital markets and transactional track record with significant client relationships
• Experience advising on renewable energy project development and commercial oil & gas matters, and technology transactions
• Strong origination, business development and team leadership skills
• Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to practice in Texas
