Partner, Corporate, Finance & Securities — Portland

Senior transactional partner role within a full-service corporate practice, focused on private equity, venture capital and capital markets work. The position will lead client engagements, originate new business and manage complex cross-practice matters.

The team advises sponsors, growth companies and institutional clients on acquisitions, financings and securities transactions. The office offers an established platform and collaboration with national and international colleagues.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level track record in private equity, venture capital and capital markets transactions
• Strong origination and client-management experience
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
