Partner, Corporate & Finance — Toronto

Leading international firm is seeking a partner to join its Toronto corporate team with a hybrid focus across M&A, banking and capital markets, and real estate transactions. The role is suited to a market-facing lawyer who will both lead complex deals and cultivate client relationships.

The team is open to direct partner or team moves and offers a platform to grow an existing practice across corporate finance and real estate workstreams. The hire will work closely with senior deal teams on cross-border and domestic matters.

• Portable book of business of $1M 6$1.5M+ (USD)
• Established transactional practice in M&A, finance/capital markets or real estate
• Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships
• Experience managing deal teams and collaborating on cross-border matters
