Partner — Corporate & Healthcare, Chicago

Seeking a senior lateral partner to lead and expand a cross-practice Corporate team in Chicago with strong healthcare and life‑sciences client work. The role will focus on corporate M&A (including private equity), capital markets/issuer-side work, and transactions involving technology and IP-sensitive companies.

Ideal candidates will have an existing client base in life sciences, technology, financial services or energy, and the ability to originate and integrate complex deals across corporate, technology transactions and IP litigation matters. The group is experiencing growth and seeks leaders who can build teams and drive business development.

• Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
• Established partner track record in M&A (including PE) and capital markets
• Experience advising healthcare and life‑sciences clients, or technology companies, on commercial and transactional matters
• Proven originator with strong client relationships and team leadership ability
