Partner, Corporate & Healthcare (Dallas)

Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to help grow its corporate practice in Dallas with a strong focus on M&A, capital markets and transactions for healthcare, life sciences and technology clients. The role will involve originating and leading high-value deals, advising issuer and private equity clients, and developing a sector-focused practice.

Ideal candidates will join a multi-disciplinary team that handles corporate transactions, technology agreements and IP-driven matters, and will have the opportunity to build a team or join an existing group. This is a front-facing business-development role with significant client contact and cross-office collaboration.

• Portable book of business of $4M (USD)
• Established track record in M&A and capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus)
• Experience advising healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services clients
• Proven client origination and team leadership skills at partner level
